'A Great Day for a Ride' describes realities that people encounter later in life: personal losses, physical issues, mishaps, and caregiving. Through it all, there still is space for humor, play, and gratitude for the blessings of life.

In this collection, Lynn Currie joins Dan on vocals. Instrumentalists are Mark Loder (guitars), Dan Proud (guitar and harmonica), and Martin Proud (tin whistle).
